ATTENTION:
Hot-melt packing machine can not use green PET plastic steel straps

Hot-melt packing tool must use machine-use PP plastic tape, hot-melt tape
common problem:
1. The heating strapping tool can be used after 3-5 minutes of power on. The thick hot-melt PP plastic tape will take longer to fuse.
2. Thin straps with low heat of fusion. The straps will fuse after a longer fusion time. Just before use, you should simulate fusion several times in advance to find the best fusion time for thick and thin straps.
3. It is very important that the fusion surface of the two belts be instantly joined, so the ironing head quickly retracts. Clamp the jaws firmly for about 2 seconds.
4. Two consecutive heat fusions for heavy items play the role of double insurance.
Note:1. When the strap is heated, a small amount of liquid seeps out and slowly flows into the ironing head (the ironing head is particularly dirty) and then flows into the three-layer insulating film to cause a short circuit, which will burn the transformer.
2. In case of the above problems, don't plug it in again, and clean the hot head frequently. Prevent exudate from flowing into the ironing head.
3. Clean the ironing head frequently. When the ironing head is hot, use a blade to scrape off the glue. Remember not to wash the ironing head with water, which will cause the machine to break due to short circuit.

The following is the operating instructions:
1. Remember to use machine-made PP plastic tape for hot-melt packing tape.
2. When putting the straps, pay attention to the fact that the heating piece in the middle of the strapping machine is one on top and one on the top, not two straps in the same position.
3. Don't pick it up immediately after the heat is melted. Don't pick it up after the strap is cold. Don't tear it.
How To Use PP Strapping tool ?
Open on-off, after 30sec till the strapping head getting hot, you can start your work, hold the handle, and put it into the straps
Clench the handle, hold up for about 1-2 sec
Tightly hood up the handle, the heating head will quickly flinch, the sealer continue holding staps about 2sec
Relax the handle, the heating head will initialize.
